1.   An annual gathering

2.   Occasion

3.   Description

4.   Attractions

5.   Bad effects

6.   How to control

Answer:

A village fair is a part and parcel of our culture. It is an annual gathering of people for sale and show. The site of the fair may be an open field or a graveyard of a famous Fakir. A village fair sits on a festive occasion or on the death anniversary of a famous religious person. There are temporary shops here and there. They are mostly tea-stalls and stationery shops. Earthen and wooden goods are found in the open field. Furniture, pots, jars and bamboo-made baskets with beautiful designs are sold. The attractions of a village fair are kite-flying, wrestling, circus-shows and fancy goods. It has some bad effects too. Wicked people come to it and do anti-social activities. So steps should be taken to control all these things. Otherwise, our culture will perish.
